- Review executed Purchase Agreement, Addendums & Disclosures for completion; obtain missing signatures.
- Introduce MidwesTCoordinators via email; include key transaction dates; Distribute signed documents to buyer, attorneys office, lender, and agents.
- Secure copy of earnest money; notify lender and agents.
- Upload documents for broker compliance; notify agent of compliance approval.
- Schedule inspections & order the home warranty as per the Purchase Agreement.
- Manage critical deadlines with timely reminders.
- Ensure HOA, title documents & POA are delivered, if applicable.
- Oversee financing step.
- Request, collect, and distribute inspection invoices & repair receipts.
- Prompt agent to schedule final walkthrough with buyer.
- Review CD, and forward to buyer with reminder of closing and what to bring.
- Coordinate utilities reminder with buyer.
- Prepare commission form for broker compliance.
- Upload final Closing Disclosure for transaction.

- Review listing paperwork for accuracy and completeness; obtain missing signatures.
- Input listing into MLS (MLS Property Form Required), create property description, upload photos in MLS.
- Upload supporting documents into MLS (Disclosures, Seller Property Info Sheet, Offer Instructions, etc).
- Confirm showing instructions with Seller & update ShowingTime.
- Email MLS link to seller to review and approve.
- Submit required listing documents to broker for compliance; notify agent of approval.
- Review executed Purchase Agreement, Addendums & Disclosures for completion; obtain missing signatures.
- Introduce MidwesTCoordinators via email; include key transaction dates; Distribute signed documents to seller, attorneys office, and agents.
- Secure copy of earnest money; notify seller and all agents.
- Upload purchase documents for broker compliance; notify agent of compliance approval.
- Schedule inspections & order the home warranty as per the Purchase Agreement.

- Update MLS status as required.
